By using FanFuel ("the Platform"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. What FanFuel Is

FanFuel is a platform that allows creators to set up public pages where fans can support them through subscriptions and purchases. FanFuel does not process, hold, or manage any payments. All transactions happen directly between the fan and the creator through PayPal.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. One person, one account. We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

3. Creators

Creators are responsible for the content on their pages, the products they sell, and the subscriptions they offer. Creators must comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. FanFuel is not responsible for any creator's content, products, services, or fulfillment of orders.

4. Fans / Supporters

When you make a purchase or subscribe through a creator's page, you are transacting directly with that creator via PayPal. FanFuel is not a party to that transaction. Any disputes regarding payments, products, or subscriptions must be resolved between you and the creator, or through PayPal's resolution process.

5. Payments

FanFuel does not collect, process, or store payment information. All payments are handled entirely by PayPal. Creators connect their own PayPal accounts, and funds go directly to them. FanFuel does not take a cut of any transaction.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use FanFuel to sell illegal goods or services, post harmful or abusive content, impersonate others, spam, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove content and accounts that violate this.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to FanFuel. By uploading content, you grant FanFuel a license to display it on the Platform as needed to provide the service. FanFuel's name, logo, and branding are our property.

8. Limitation of Liability

FanFuel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to disputes between creators and fans, payment issues handled by PayPal, or loss of data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us (which is zero, since the Platform is free).

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the new terms. We will indicate the date of the last update at the top of this page.
