Please read this carefully before making any purchase or subscription on FanFuel.

1. FanFuel Does Not Handle Payments

FanFuel is a platform that connects fans with creators. We do not process, collect, or hold any payments. All transactions happen directly between you and the creator through PayPal. Because of this, FanFuel cannot issue refunds.

2. Refunds for Purchases

If you purchased a shop item from a creator and need a refund, you should contact the creator directly. Creators are responsible for their own refund policies on the products and services they sell. If the creator is unresponsive, you can open a dispute through PayPal's Resolution Center.

3. Refunds for Subscriptions

Subscriptions are recurring payments managed by PayPal. To cancel a subscription, go to your PayPal account settings and cancel it from there. For refunds on subscription payments already made, contact the creator or use PayPal's dispute resolution.

4. Creator Responsibilities

Creators on FanFuel are independent individuals or businesses. They are solely responsible for fulfilling orders, providing the services they advertise, and handling refund requests from their supporters. FanFuel does not guarantee or endorse any creator's products or services.

5. PayPal Buyer Protection

Since all payments go through PayPal, you may be covered by PayPal's Buyer Protection program. If you believe a transaction was unauthorized or you did not receive what was promised, you can file a claim through PayPal.
