This policy explains what data FanFuel collects, how we use it, and your rights.

1. What We Collect

When you register as a creator, we collect your email address, username, display name, and password (stored securely hashed). You may optionally provide a bio, avatar, social links, and PayPal credentials.

When a fan makes a purchase or subscribes, we collect the name, email, and optional message they provide in the checkout form. We also store the PayPal order or subscription ID for record-keeping.

2. What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect credit card numbers, bank details, or any payment information. All payment processing is handled entirely by PayPal on their servers. We never see or store your financial data.

3. How We Use Your Data

Creator data is used to display your public page and allow fans to find and support you. Supporter data (name, email, message) is shared with the creator you supported so they can see who their supporters are. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Cookies and Sessions

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie is essential for the Platform to function and is not used for tracking or advertising.

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored on our servers. We take reasonable measures to protect it, but no system is perfectly secure. We encourage you to use strong, unique passwords.

6. Your Rights

You can update or delete your profile information from your dashboard at any time. If you want your account and all associated data permanently deleted, contact us at support@fanfuelapp.com and we will process it.

7. Third-Party Services

FanFuel uses PayPal for payment processing. When you interact with PayPal buttons on a creator's page, PayPal's own privacy policy applies to that interaction. We recommend reviewing PayPal's privacy policy separately.

8. Children

FanFuel is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
